岗位职责：
1、负责迎接客人，引导客人入座，为客人介绍场所设施和服务项目。
2、根据客人的需求，提供酒水、小吃等餐饮服务。
3、协助客人点歌、调节音响设备，确保娱乐活动的顺利进行。
4、保持包房或座位的整洁，及时更换烟灰缸，清理桌面垃圾。
5、协调与其他服务员或工作人员的工作，确保服务的连贯性和高效性。
6、确保场所内的消防安全，熟悉消防设备的使用方法，并在紧急情况下能够迅速疏散客人。
7、协助客人进行结账，确保账单准确无误。
岗位要求：
1、服务意识强，能够主动为客人提供优质服务。
2、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客人进行愉快的交流，解决客人的问题。
3、熟悉娱乐场所的服务流程和规范，能够熟练操作相关设备。
4、了解酒水、小吃等餐饮产品的知识，能够为客人提供专业的推荐和建议。
5、具备良好的身体素质，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
