岗位职责（海南本地菜及粤菜）：
1、负责处理厨房的运作及行政事务；
2、执行餐饮经理下达的各项工作任务和工作指示；
3、负责制订厨房的各种工作计划；
4、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任；
5、保持对厨房范围的巡视，对下属员工进行督导，及时解决现场发生的问题，帮助下属提高工作能力；
6、督导厨房各分部主厨对食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量，合理地控制食品成本；
7、妥善处理客人对出品的投诉；
8、检查厨房所属各岗位员工的操作规范；
9、保持对员工队伍特别是厨师以上厨房员工的教育和培训，使之不断提高。
【岗位要求】
1、年龄18岁以上，中专以上学历，身体健康、精力充沛，3年以上大型酒店主厨工作经验；
2、具有强烈的责任心，勇于开拓和创新，作风干练；
3、拥有较高的烹饪技术，了解和熟悉食品材料的产地、规格、质量、一般进货价；
4、对成本控制管理、食品营养学、厨房的设备知识拥有相当的基础。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-50岁
