1.负责对部门各班的管理工作，巡视各岗位区域，检查各岗位记录，对发现问题要及时提出解决的办法，并向经理汇报员工的思想工作动态。
2.培训保安员业务知识，使之到达酒店所规定的工作要求和服务标准。
3.在保安部经理的领导下，主持保安部的日常工作，督导保安人员认真完成分管工作，制定保安部排班计划;安排好员工的加班补休，掌握各班情况及时向经理汇报。
4.协助保安部经理督促检查安全制度的落实，预防各类事故的发生。
5.制定各种防火安全制度、督促各部门落实防火安全措施，负责调查违法消防规定的情况，并提出解决处理意见。
6.负责酒店重点要害部位安全监督，制定重点部位的灭火作战方案和演练。
7.协助完成消防周检查、月检查、季度检查、半年检查、全年检查，并认真填写检查表格、存档.
8.定期向保安部经理和酒店总经理汇报消防安全工作情况。
9.在经理不在时，代替处理日常工作。
10.完成上级其他合理分配的职责和任务。
1. Oversee the management of all shifts within the department, patrol assigned areas, review shift logs, promptly address identified issues, and report on staff morale and performance to the manager.  
2. Train security personnel in professional knowledge to meet the hotel's operational requirements and service standards.  
3. Under the leadership of the Security Manager, manage the daily operations of the security department, supervise the completion of assigned tasks, create shift schedules, arrange overtime and leave for employees, and keep the manager informed of shift conditions.  
4. Assist the Security Manager in monitoring the implementation of safety protocols to prevent accidents.  
5. Develop fire safety regulations, ensure departmental compliance, investigate violations, and propose corrective actions.  
6. Supervise security at key hotel locations, develop fire combat plans, and conduct drills.  
7. Assist in conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual fire safety inspections, diligently complete inspection forms, and maintain records.  
8. Regularly report on fire safety work to the Security Manager and the General Manager.  
9. Assume daily operational responsibilities in the absence of the manager. 
10.Embrace the corporate culture and follow instructions from superiors.
