6、协调与其他部门的合作,确保餐饮服务流程顺畅,提升宾客满意度。
7、处理厨房突发问题,及时解决运营中的技术或管理难题。
1. Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the hotel's Western kitchen, Chinese kitchen, and banquet hall, ensuring that food quality and production standards meet hotel requirements.
2. Develop and implement menu plans, adjusting dishes according to seasonal and market trends to enhance the competitiveness of the dining services.
3. Supervise food procurement, inventory management, and cost control to ensure efficient kitchen operations within budget.
4. Train, guide, and manage the kitchen team, improving staff skills and work efficiency, and fostering a positive working atmosphere.
5. Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that the kitchen environment complies with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth dining service processes and enhance guest satisfaction.
7. Handle unexpected kitchen issues and promptly resolve technical or managerial problems in operations.
【岗位要求】
1、具备2年以上行政总厨或同等职位工作经验,熟悉酒店厨房运营流程。
2、精通中西餐烹饪技术,能够创新菜品并适应市场需求。
3、具备优秀的团队管理能力,能够有效激励和培养厨房员工。
4、熟悉食品成本控制及供应链管理,具备较强的预算管控意识。
5、了解食品安全法规及卫生标准,持有相关健康证明优先。
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够高效处理跨部门协作事务。
7、工作责任心强,能适应高强度工作环境,具备较强的抗压能力。
1. Possess over 2 years of experience as Executive Chef or in an equivalent position, familiar with hotel kitchen operations.
2. Proficient in Chinese and Western culinary techniques, capable of innovating dishes and adapting to market demands.
3. Have excellent team management skills, able to effectively motivate and train kitchen staff.
4. Familiar with food cost control and supply chain management, with strong budget management awareness.
5. Understand food safety regulations and hygiene standards, holding relevant health certificates is preferred.
6. Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently handle cross-departmental collaboration.
7. Strong sense of work responsibility, able to adapt to high-intensity work environments, and possess strong stress resistance.
