【岗位职责】
1、全面负责人力资源部门的日常管理工作,包括招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等模块;
2、根据酒店业务需求,制定并执行招聘计划,确保各部门人员配置合理;
3、负责员工入职、转正、调岗、离职等手续的办理及档案管理;
4、组织员工培训,提升员工专业技能和服务意识;
5、完善绩效考核体系,监督执行并反馈结果,协助部门优化人员管理;
6、处理员工关系,协调解决劳动纠纷,维护良好的工作氛围;
7、确保酒店人力资源政策符合国家法律法规及集团要求;
8、定期分析人力资源数据,为管理层提供决策支持。
1. Overall responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and other modules;
2. Develop and implement recruitment plans according to hotel business needs, ensuring reasonable staffing across all departments;
3. Handle procedures and record management for employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and resignations;
4. Organize employee training to enhance professional skills and service awareness;
5. Improve the performance evaluation system, supervise its implementation, provide feedback on results, and assist departments in optimizing personnel management;
6. Manage employee relations, mediate labor disputes, and maintain a positive working environment;
7. Ensure that hotel human resources policies comply with national laws, regulations, and group requirements;
8. Regularly analyze human resources data to provide decision-making support for management.

5、熟练使用办公软件及人力资源管理相关系统;
