【岗位职责】  
1、负责酒店客房、餐饮及其他产品的收益管理工作，制定并执行收益管理策略；
2、监控市场动态、竞争对手价格及预订情况，及时调整定价策略；  
3、分析历史数据及市场趋势，预测需求变化，优化房态及价格体系；  
4、与销售、市场及前厅部门协作，制定促销方案及渠道管理策略；  
5、定期生成收益分析报告，评估经营表现并提出改进建议；  
6、管理预订渠道及库存分配，确保各渠道价格一致性及收益平衡；  
7、参与制定年度预算及收益目标，并跟踪执行情况。  
1. Responsible for revenue management of hotel rooms, food and beverage, and other products, developing and implementing revenue management strategies;
2. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking status, and adjust pricing strategies in a timely manner;
3. Analyze historical data and market trends, forecast demand changes, and optimize room availability and pricing system;
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office departments to develop promotion plans and channel management strategies;
5. Regularly generate revenue analysis reports, evaluate operational performance, and provide improvement suggestions;
6. Manage booking channels and inventory allocation to ensure price consistency and revenue balance across all channels;
7. Participate in the development of annual budgets and revenue targets, and track their execution.
【岗位要求】  
1、对收益管理或数据分析有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的逻辑思维和数字敏感度；  
2、熟练使用Excel等办公软件，能独立完成数据整理与分析；  
3、具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；  
4、良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效协作；  
5、有雅高酒店工作经验优先；  
6、工作细致认真，责任心强，注重结果导向。
1. Strong interest in revenue management or data analysis, with good logical thinking and numerical sensitivity;
2. Proficient in Excel and other office software, able to independently complete data organization and analysis;
3. Strong learning ability and stress tolerance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with various departments;
5. Work experience at Accor hotels is preferred；
6. Detail-oriented and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
