【岗位职责】  
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作，完成公司制定的销售目标；  
2、开发并维护客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系，提升客户满意度；  
3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定并执行销售策略，拓展新客户群体；  
4、协助策划并执行酒店营销活动，提升品牌影响力及市场占有率；  
5、定期提交销售报告及市场分析，为管理层提供决策支持；  
6、协调酒店各部门资源，确保客户需求得到高效响应与落实；  
7、参与销售合同的谈判与签订，确保条款符合公司利益。  
1. Responsible for the sales of hotel rooms, meetings, catering, and other products, achieving the sales targets set by the company;
2. Develop and maintain customer resources, establish long-term and stable cooperation, and improve customer satisfaction;
3. Analyze market trends and competitor situations, formulate and implement sales strategies, and expand new customer groups;
4. Assist in planning and executing hotel marketing activities to enhance brand influence and market share;
5. Regularly submit sales reports and market analyses to provide decision support for management;
6. Coordinate resources across hotel departments to ensure customer needs are efficiently met and implemented;
7. Participate in the negotiation and signing of sales contracts to ensure terms align with the company's interests.

1、具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户管理经验，熟悉酒店行业销售模式；  
2、优秀的沟通能力与谈判技巧，能够独立完成销售任务；  
3、具备团队协作精神，能够高效协调内外部资源；  
4、抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，能够接受一定程度的出差；  
5、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），具备基本的数据分析能力；  
6、对酒店行业有热情，愿意长期深耕销售领域。
1. Possess strong market development abilities and customer management experience, familiar with the sales models in the hotel industry;
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently completing sales tasks;
3. Have a team-oriented spirit, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources;
4. Strong stress resistance, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, and able to accept a certain amount of business travel;
5. Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and possess basic data analysis skills;
6. Enthusiastic about the hotel industry and willing to dedicate long-term effort to the sales field.
