【岗位职责】  
1、负责酒店各类宣传物料的设计与制作，包括但不限于海报、宣传册、易拉宝、展板、菜单等；  
2、协助完成酒店线上平台的视觉设计，如官网、微信公众号、OTA平台等页面的美化与更新；  
3、参与酒店活动策划，提供创意设计方案，并负责活动相关的视觉呈现；  
4、根据酒店品牌调性，维护并优化视觉形象，确保设计风格统一且符合品牌定位；  
5、与市场部、运营部等部门协作，高效完成设计需求，确保项目按时交付；  
6、定期收集行业设计趋势，优化设计流程，提升设计质量和效率。  
1. Responsible for designing and producing various hotel promotional materials, including but not limited to posters, brochures, roll-up banners, display boards, menus, etc.;
2. Assist in completing the visual design of the hotel's online platforms, such as the official website, WeChat public account, OTA platforms, and beautification and updates of pages;
3. Participate in hotel event planning, provide creative design solutions, and be responsible for the visual presentation related to events;
4. Maintain and optimize the visual image according to the hotel's brand tone, ensuring a consistent design style that aligns with brand positioning;
5. Collaborate with departments such as Marketing and Operations to efficiently fulfill design requirements and ensure projects are delivered on time;
6. Regularly collect industry design trends, optimize design processes, and improve design quality and efficiency.
【岗位要求】  
1、具备良好的美术功底和审美能力，对色彩、排版、构图有敏锐的感知力；  
2、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、CorelDRAW等设计软件，能独立完成设计任务；  
3、具备一定的创意能力，能根据需求提出新颖的设计方案；  
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；  
5、对酒店行业或服务业的视觉设计有一定了解者优先；  
6、能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力和多任务处理能力。
1. Possess a solid foundation in art and aesthetic ability, with a keen sense of color, layout, and composition;
2. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other design software, capable of completing design tasks independently;
3. Have a certain level of creativity, able to propose innovative design solutions based on requirements;
4. Detail-oriented and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit;
5. Candidates with an understanding of visual design in the hotel or service industry are preferred;
6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with strong stress tolerance and multitasking abilities.
