岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责宾客入住至离店全流程中式管家服务，提供精细化专属服务。
Provide full-process personalized Chinese butler service from guest check-in to check-out.
2. 依据宾客偏好，完成客房个性化布置与服务准备。
Complete personalized room setup according to guest preferences.
3. 专项跟进VIP、VVIP宾客服务，保障服务零疏漏。
Follow up VIP and VVIP services to ensure impeccable service quality.
4. 提供衣物熨烫、行李整理、行程预约等高端管家配套服务。
Provide ironing, luggage arrangement, travel reservation and other butler services.
5. 记录宾客偏好，更新客史档案，优化宾客入住体验。
Record guest preferences and update guest profiles to optimize stay experience.
6. 联动客房、餐饮、礼宾等部门，保障服务高效衔接。
Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
7. 快速响应宾客需求，妥善处理日常客诉及突发情况，及时上报特殊问题。
Respond to guest requests, handle daily complaints and emergencies, and report special issues timely.
8. 恪守职业礼仪，树立酒店高端品牌形象。
Maintain professional etiquette and present high-end hotel brand image.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年及以上奢华酒店相关服务经验。
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟悉酒店服务流程，可独立处理宾客各类需求。
Familiar with hotel service procedures and able to handle guest requests independently.
3. 具备基础英语沟通能力，掌握多语种者优先。
Basic English skills; multilingual ability is preferred.
4. 形象端正，沟通良好，工作细致严谨。
Neat appearance, good communication skills and meticulous work attitude.
5. 熟练操作PMS系统，具备茶艺、花艺等特长者优先。
Proficient in PMS; tea art and flower arrangement skills are preferred.
6. 接受轮班制度，适应快节奏工作模式。
Able to work shifts and adapt to fast-paced work environment.
