岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 制定并执行年度销售战略，提升酒店整体收入。
Formulate and implement annual sales strategies to improve overall hotel revenue.
2. 分析市场趋势与竞品动态，调整销售策略。
Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies.
3. 拓展重点客户资源，维护良好合作关系。
Develop key customers and maintain stable cooperative relationships.
4. 管理销售团队的业绩目标、绩效考核与客户开发计划。
Manage sales team targets, performance appraisal and customer development plans.
5. 推进大型活动、推广项目落地，统筹跨部门协作。
Promote large-scale events and marketing projects, and drive cross-department cooperation.
6. 输出销售数据报告，为管理层决策提供依据。
Prepare sales reports to support management decision-making.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华酒店销售经验，包含2年以上团队管理经验。
At least 5 years of luxury hotel sales experience, including 2 years of management experience.
2. 熟悉MICE、企业客户及高端旅行渠道资源。
Familiar with MICE, corporate clients and luxury travel channel resources.
3. 具备优秀的谈判与沟通能力，英文水平良好。
Strong negotiation and communication skills with good English proficiency.
4. 熟练使用CRM系统，具备数据分析能力。
Familiar with CRM system and capable of data analysis.
