- 管理食品、饮品及运营成本，确保预算达成。
- 审核采购、收货、入库数据，确保合规。
- 分析市场价格与供应链结构，优化成本。
- 参与菜单成本测算与售价评估。
- 编制成本报告并提出改进建议。
- 监督仓库与餐饮物资使用情况。
【任职要求】
- 3 年以上奢华酒店成本管理经验。
- 熟悉出品流程、采购系统及成本分析方法。
- 沟通与跨部门协作能力强。
- 注重细节与合规性，具备基础英文能力。
