岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 协助管理粤菜餐厅日常运营，确保服务流程高效顺畅。
Assist in managing the daily operation of Cantonese restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service procedures.
2. 负责迎宾、巡视、客诉处理，确保卓越用餐体验。
Responsible for guest greeting, on-site inspection and complaint handling to deliver excellent dining experience.
3. 协助培训及管理团队成员，提升服务技能与品牌标准执行力。
Assist in team training and management to improve staff service skills and brand standard implementation.
4. 与厨房及相关部门保持紧密沟通，确保出品与服务一致性。
Maintain close communication with kitchen and relevant departments to ensure consistent food quality and service standard.
5. 协助执行促销、活动及特色菜品推广。
Assist in implementing promotions, themed events and signature dish promotion activities.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2–3年以上奢华酒店餐厅管理经验，中餐背景优先。
At least 2-3 years of luxury hotel restaurant management experience; Chinese catering background is preferred.
2. 熟悉中餐服务标准，具备良好的沟通与危机处理能力。
Familiar with Chinese restaurant service standards with excellent communication and crisis handling capabilities.
3. 具备员工培训能力及跨部门协调能力。
Possess staff training ability and cross-department coordination skills.
4. 英语听说读写良好。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
5. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
