岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 迎接客人、安排座位，营造高端欢迎体验。
Greet guests and arrange seating to create high-end welcome experience.2. 协助客诉处理与用餐服务支持。
Assist in handling guest complaints and providing dining service support.3. 负责餐区环境卫生及摆台质量检查。
Inspect dining area hygiene and table setting quality.4. 与服务团队紧密协作，确保顺畅运营。
Cooperate closely with the service team to ensure smooth operation.任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 至少1年奢华酒店或高端餐厅服务经验。
At least 1 year of service experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.2. 外表得体、沟通能力良好。
Neat appearance and good communication skills.3. 具备基本英文会话能力。
Basic English conversation ability.4. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
