岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 全面统筹中式管家团队日常运营，保障24小时高品质、个性化宾客服务。
Overall manage the daily operation of the butler team to ensure 24-hour high-standard and personalized guest service.
2. 提升宾客入住满意度，及时处理宾客特殊需求及各类突发状况。
Improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to special guest requests and emergencies.
3. 优化服务流程与质量标准，定期开展员工绩效评估。
Optimize service procedures and quality standards, and conduct regular staff performance evaluation.
4. 推进团队培训、文化建设，落地标准化服务体系。
Drive team training and cultural construction to implement standardized service systems.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华品牌酒店前厅或管家团队管理经验。
At least 5 years of team management experience in luxury hotel front office or butler department.
2. 具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力及危机处置能力。
Possess outstanding leadership, communication and crisis management capabilities.
3. 熟练操作PMS系统及各类办公软件。
Proficient in PMS system and office software operation.
4. 英文听说读写流利，掌握第二外语者优先。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; a second foreign language is preferred.
5. 有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
