岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 协助礼宾及中式管家开展宾客接待、行李寄存、交通安排与咨询服务。
Assist concierge and butler teams in guest reception, luggage service, transportation arrangement and information consultation.2. 紧密联动前厅及各部门协作，保障高品质宾客体验。
Cooperate closely with front office and other departments to ensure high-quality guest experience.3. 负责维护大堂现场秩序及各类宾客信息更新。
Maintain lobby order and update guest information timely.任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2年以上奢华酒店礼宾工作经验。
At least 2 years of concierge working experience in luxury hotels.2. 熟悉PMS系统操作者优先。
Familiarity with PMS system is preferred.3. 具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力。
Good service awareness and communication skills.4. 能够适应轮班工作制度。
Able to work shift schedules.5. 有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
