岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 专业厨艺经验：拥有10年以上中餐烹饪从业经验，精通粤菜，具备奢华酒店中餐行政总厨及同级管理经验；熟悉淮扬菜、本帮菜、京鲁菜制作特点，具备充足认知与实操经验。拥有海外、米其林、黑珍珠及高端精致餐饮从业背景者优先。
Professional Culinary Experience: Over 10 years of Chinese cuisine cooking experience, proficient in Cantonese cuisine with senior kitchen management experience as executive Chinese chef in luxury hotels; fully knowledgeable and practical in Huaiyang, Shanghai and Shandong cuisine features. Experience in overseas, Michelin, Black Pearl and high-end fine dining outlets is preferred.
2. 厨房管理能力：具备全套厨房运营管理经验，熟练掌握食品安全管控、库存管理、设备维保、成本控制及SOP标准化落地等工作。
Kitchen Management: Experienced in full-cycle kitchen operation management, including food safety supervision, inventory control, equipment maintenance, cost management and SOP implementation.
3. 菜单研发创新：可独立设计、落地融合传统与创新的菜品体系，擅长季节性菜单、宴会菜单及特色菜品研发升级。
Menu Development & Innovation: Capable of independently designing and launching traditional and innovative menus, including seasonal menus, banquet menus and signature dish development.
4. 团队管理赋能：具备优秀的团队统筹能力，可高效完成团队管理、激励排班、技能培训、人才培养，擅长绩效管控与团队冲突协调。
Team Leadership & Training: Skilled in leading, motivating, scheduling and training kitchen teams, with solid capabilities in performance management and conflict resolution.
5. 成本与财务管理：具备成熟的成本管控思维，精通食材成本优化、预算管理、库存核查、供应商谈判及门店盈利优化工作。
Cost & Financial Awareness: Experienced in food cost control, budget management, inventory audit, supplier negotiation and profit optimization.
6. 酒店筹开经验：可主导或深度参与酒店开业筹备工作，涵盖菜单设计、厨房SOP搭建、系统调试、流程演练、团队招聘及岗前培训等全流程工作。
Pre-opening Experience: Able to lead or deeply participate in pre-opening work including menu design, kitchen SOP establishment, system integration, operational drills, recruitment and staff training.
7. 安全合规管控：熟悉HACCP体系及本地食品安全法规，严格落实卫生合规标准，可独立主导厨房卫生巡检、隐患整改及突发危机处置。
Food Safety & Compliance: Familiar with HACCP system and local food safety regulations, able to conduct kitchen hygiene inspections, rectify hidden risks and handle emergencies professionally.
8. 沟通协作能力：具备高效跨部门协作能力，可顺畅对接前厅、采购、销售、财务、工程、管事部等内部团队，同时妥善对接供应商、宾客、监管检查人员等外部对接方。
Communication & Coordination: Efficient in cross-department collaboration with front office, purchasing, sales, finance, engineering and stewarding teams, and able to communicate well with suppliers, guests and supervisors.
9. 语言与文化素养：普通话流利（必备），具备英语读写及沟通能力优先；拥有粤菜文化传播意识，可作为品牌文化大使，呈现正宗粤菜饮食文化。
Language & Cultural Awareness: Fluent in Mandarin (required); basic English reading, writing and communication skills are a plus. Possess Cantonese cuisine cultural awareness and act as a brand cultural ambassador for authentic Cantonese catering culture.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 拥有上海本地工作经验者优先；
Candidates with local Shanghai working experience are preferred; 
2.有高端奢华酒店、高星级酒店从业经历，且过往门店客单价、出品品质、摆盘标准、服务水准与本酒店品牌定位高度匹配者优先。
experience in luxury or high-star hotels with equivalent premium positioning in average spending, dish quality, plating standard and service level is highly preferred.
