-设计课程、评估培训效果并持续优化内容。
-管理培训档案，为晋升及人才发展提供数据支持。
-协助推动服务质量提升、品牌文化落地。
-在筹备开业期间负责员工培训体系搭建、开业前集训与标准SOP导入。
岗位要求
-2年以上奢华酒店培训或学习与发展领域经验。
-熟悉人力资源事务性流程，具备基础授课能力。
-英语听说读写良好。
-具备奢华酒店筹开经验优先考虑。
计算机能力：良好
