岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责管家、客房、礼宾、行李、公区、洗衣等房务板块整体运营。
Oversee the overall operation of the housekeeping division, including butler service, guest rooms, concierge, bell service, public areas and laundry operations.
2. 制定预算与成本策略，确保运营效率与品质。
Formulate departmental budgets and cost-control strategies to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
3. 打造高端宾客旅程体验。
Design and deliver high-end personalized guest journey and service experience.
4. 管理 VIP 服务流程与复杂客诉处理。
Manage VIP service procedures and handle complex guest complaints and incidents.
5. 推进团队培训、梯队建设与绩效表现。
Drive team training, talent succession planning and overall team performance management.
6. 主导跨部门协作与服务流程优化。
Lead cross-departmental collaboration and continuous optimization of service workflows.
7. 全面负责酒店筹开房务部工作（SOP、系统、物资、人员搭建、培训等）。
Fully oversee all pre-opening work of the housekeeping department, including SOP formulation, system debugging, material preparation, team establishment and pre-opening training.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 8 年以上奢华酒店经验，含 3 年同岗。
Minimum 8 years of working experience in luxury hotels, including at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent supervisory role.
2. 具完整筹开经验者优先。
Candidates with complete hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
3. 精通房务模块，服务意识与危机处理能力强。
Proficient in all housekeeping operational modules with outstanding service awareness and crisis management capabilities.
4. 英文优秀，熟悉运营系统与数据分析。
Excellent English proficiency; familiar with hotel operation systems and data analysis.
