【岗位职责】
负责厨房整体管理，确保出品品质、卫生安全及运营效率达到奢华酒店标准。
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene and efficiency meet luxury hotel standards.
负责菜单设计、菜品创新与更新，确保符合目标客群口味与酒店定位。
Lead menu planning and innovation to align with guest preferences and brand positioning
管理厨房团队，包括招聘、培训、排班与绩效监督。
Manage kitchen team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
严格控制食品及人工成本，监控库存、采购和供应商质量。
Control food and labor costs; oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier quality.
维护厨房设备正常运行，确保符合卫生及安全要求。
Ensure all kitchen equipment is well maintained and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
与餐饮部团队紧密协作，持续提升宾客餐饮体验与满意度。
Collaborate with F&B teams to elevate guest dining experience and satisfaction.
参与餐饮战略规划，如新品研发、餐饮推广及收益提升方案。
Participate in F&B strategic planning, new concept development, and revenue initiatives.

【任职要求 】
至少 10 年烹饪管理经验，含 2 年以上奢华品牌酒店行政总厨或同级管理经验。
Minimum 10 years of culinary management experience, including 2+ years in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
深厚的烹饪功底及多元菜系经验；有海外、米其林或高端餐厅背景者优先。
Strong Western culinary expertise; Michelin-starred or international fine-dining experience preferred.
熟悉预算管理、成本控制及厨房运营标准。
Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and kitchen operations.
具备卓越的团队领导力、执行力与沟通协调能力。
Excellent leadership, communication, and operational execution skills.
英语良好（口语与书写）；具备跨文化沟通能力。
Good command of English with strong cross-cultural communication.
有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Pre-opening experience in luxury hotels is highly preferred.
