岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
负责餐具、厨具的清洗、消毒与分类存放。Be responsible for washing, disinfecting and classified storage of tableware and kitchen utensils.
协助后厨区域的卫生清洁与垃圾处理。Assist with kitchen back-of-house cleaning and waste disposal.
确保洗消设备正常运行，及时补充清洁用品。Keep washing and disinfection equipment in good condition and replenish cleaning supplies on time.
配合厨房团队完成大型活动的物资清洗保障。Cooperate with the kitchen team to complete tableware cleaning support for large-scale events.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1 年以上奢华品牌酒店或高端餐饮管事部工作经验。At least 1 year of stewarding experience in luxury brand hotels or high-end restaurants.
熟悉餐具洗消流程与食品安全规范。Familiar with tableware washing & disinfection procedures and food safety regulations.
吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能适应轮班制。Hard-working, responsible and able to work on rotating shifts.
身体素质良好，具备良好团队协作意识。Good physical health and strong teamwork spirit.
