岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
全面负责中厨房日常运营及出品管理，确保菜品品质稳定、风味正宗。Take full charge of daily operation and food production of the Chinese kitchen to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavor of dishes.
参与菜单设计及季节新品研发，优化烹饪工艺与成本控制。Participate in menu design and seasonal new dish development, optimize cooking procedures and implement cost control.
监督食材验收、储存及加工流程，严格执行食品安全卫生规范。Supervise the receiving, storage and processing of ingredients, and strictly comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
管理厨房团队排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队专业水平。Arrange staffing shifts, organize training and conduct performance appraisal for kitchen staff to improve professional competency of the team.
协调前厅及宴会销售等部门，保障高峰时段及重要活动出餐效率。Coordinate with front office, banquet sales and other departments to ensure efficient food delivery during peak hours and major events.
控制厨房能耗及物料成本，配合财务完成盘点与预算。Manage kitchen energy consumption and material cost, and cooperate with the finance team to complete inventory checking and budgeting.

任职要求 Job Requirements
5 年以上奢华酒店或精致中餐厨房管理经验，其中至少 3 年厨师长岗位经验。More than 5 years of kitchen management experience in luxury hotels or high-end Chinese restaurants, including no less than 3 years working as Head Chef.
精通粤菜、淮扬菜、融合菜系，具备创新研发能力。Expert in Cantonese cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine and fusion dishes with strong capability of menu innovation.
具备团队领导力、成本控制意识及跨部门协调能力。Possess team leadership, cost awareness and cross-departmental coordination skills.
有奢华品牌筹开经验者优先。Candidates with pre-opening experience of luxury hotel brands are preferred.
