岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
接听转接电话、办理叫醒、留言、访客查询，按标准提供话务服务，解答宾客咨询。Answer and transfer calls, arrange wake-up calls, take messages and handle visitor inquiries; provide standard telephone services and respond to guest enquiries.
熟练操作总机系统、PMS，做好台账记录，规范交接班。Skilfully operate the telephone exchange system and PMS system, keep complete records and implement standardized shift handover.
及时处理客诉与突发情况，同步联动中式管家、餐厅等部门。Promptly resolve guest complaints and emergencies, and coordinate with Chinese butlers, restaurants and other departments.
巡检话务设备，故障及时上报，严守宾客信息保密规定。Inspect telephone equipment regularly, report faults in a timely manner, and strictly abide by the confidentiality rules of guest information.
筹备工作：参与系统测试、话术培训、开业服务演练，熟记酒店全业态信息。Pre-opening work: participate in system testing, service script training and pre-opening service drills, and be familiar with all business sections of the hotel.

岗位要求 Job Requirements
1 年以上奢华酒店总机一线经验，会操作 PMS 与总机设备。At least 1 year of front-line operator working experience in luxury hotels, able to operate PMS and telephone equipment.
普通话标准，具备基础英语沟通能力，反应灵敏有耐心。Fluent standard Mandarin, basic English communication skills, quick-witted and patient.
能轮班、接受夜班，服务意识佳；有筹开经验优先。Able to work rotating shifts including night shifts with excellent service awareness; candidates with pre-opening experience will be given priority.
