岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.协助西点厨师长统筹西点间日常出品,管控蛋糕、甜品、面包出品品质。
Assist pastry chef to manage daily pastry production, control dessert & bread quality.
2.督导西点员工操作流程、食品卫生、工具设备清洁消毒。
Supervise pastry staff operation, food hygiene and equipment cleaning & disinfection.
3.申领西点原料,每日盘点库存,控制原料损耗,杜绝浪费。
Request pastry raw materials, conduct daily inventory and reduce material waste.
4.配合餐厅、宴会、下午茶制作配套甜品,及时调整出品量满足需求。
Produce desserts for restaurant, banquet & afternoon tea, adjust output as required.
5.筹备开业职责:参与西点间 SOP 制定,原料验收、设备试机、出品标准培训。
Pre-opening duties: Compile pastry SOP, inspect raw materials, test equipment and train production standard.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1.至少 3 年奢华酒店西点实操及带班经验。
Minimum 3 years luxury hotel pastry & team leading experience.
2.熟练各类甜品、面包制作,熟悉食品卫生安全规范。
Skilled in all kinds of dessert & bread making, familiar with food safety standard.
3.工作细致,服从排班,具备基础成本管控意识。
Detail-oriented, flexible shift schedule, basic cost control awareness.
4.有奢华酒店筹备开业经验者优先考虑。
Pre-opening experience in luxury hotel is preferred.
