Maintain the Cleanliness and Quality of Public Areas
保持公共区域的干净和质量
· Ensures all offices, washrooms, dormitory, talent lockers, car park, gardens are kept in good condition.
确保所有的办公室、漱洗间、人才宿舍、更衣柜、停车场、花园处于最佳状态。
· Responsible for in house window cleaning.
确保酒店房间内窗户清洁。
· Responsible for pest control in both hotel and office.
确保酒店与办公室无虫害。
· Responsible for flower and plant.

Manage the Daily Public Area Operations
管理公区日常的运营
· For carpets and marble hotel maintains the rationalization proposal or feasibility plan.
对于酒店的地毯及理石维护提出合理化建议或可行性计划。
· Assists in planning for future talent needs.
协助定制未来所需的人才计划。
· Prepares detailed induction programs for new talent.
为新人才做详细的工作计划。
· Ensures training needs analysis of Housekeeping Public Area talent is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.
确保客房人才培训需求的分析被执行，培训计划有计划地实施并要满足其需求。
· Regularly communicates with talent and maintains good relations.

· Organizes distribution of trouble reports.

· Makes check of flower set up ensuring standards is of the highest quality, ensures expenses are controlled.

· Assists in coordinating the preparation of the department annual budget.

· Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
