岗位职责:
1. 负责上海、成都、北京三地LV项目的酒吧、吧台区域的运营统筹管理
2. 与集团总部公司保持密切的联系和沟通，每周例会;
3. 出品及酒单的更新和技术的研发；
4、具备成本控制与库存管理能力
5、能适应高强度工作节奏，灵活应对高端客户多样化需求
6、需配合项目进度出差，服从跨区域工作调配安排
任职资格:
1、三年以上酒吧或餐饮管理经验，丰富的团队带教经验，优秀的服务意识和团队合作协调能力；
2、逻辑清晰，良好的沟通和表达能力，较为流利的英语口语能力；
3、基本办公软件的操作能力，大学专科及以上学历
4、具备服务奢侈品客户群体的经验者优先
5、具有国内外酒类学习证照（WSET等）优先
Bar manager

Job Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the overall operation and management of the bar and counter areas for Louis Vuitton (LV) projects in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Beijing.
2.Maintain close communication with the group headquarters and participate in weekly regular meetings.
3.Drive beverage menu updates and contribute to beverage research and development.
4.Demonstrate strong cost control and inventory management capabilities.
5.Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexibly respond to the diverse needs of high-end clients.
6.Be available for business trips as required by project needs and comply with cross-regional work assignments.

Qualifications:
1.At least three years of experience in bar or F&B management, with proven team leadership and training skills; strong service mindset and teamwork ability.
2.Logical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills; relatively fluent spoken English.
3.Proficient in basic office software; associate degree or above.
4.Experience serving luxury customer segments is preferred.
5.Wine certification (e.g., WSET) is a plus.
