Position Summary 职位概述:
- 和餐厅员工保持良好的沟通,合理安排员工的考勤和培训工作;同时依据不足之处进行修改和调整。Maintain good communication with the restaurant staff, reasonably arrange their attendance and training schedules; At the same time, make modifications and adjustments based on the deficiencies.
- 工作认真负责、热情迎接客人,适当的处理客人的意见和问题以及投诉,并促进销售以达到预期的收益效果。Work diligently and responsibly, warmly greet guests, appropriately handle guests' opinions, issues and complaints, and promote sales to achieve the expected revenue results.
- 确保全日餐厅、多功能厅、会议室,每个时段的摆放,能够符合参观或开餐、开会标准,并在任何时候都保持干净整洁的状态。Ensure that the layout of the all-day restaurant, the multi-function hall, and the meeting rooms is appropriate for visiting or dining, as well as for holding meetings; and maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times.
- 协助宾客服务经理开展餐厅各项工作,确保餐厅的出品和服务符合希尔顿集团品牌的标准要求。Assist the Guest Service Manager in carrying out various tasks in the restaurant and ensure that the food and service quality meet the standards of Hilton Group's brand requirements.
- 接待客人时能够正确的介绍菜单,适当的为客人提供好的建议,为客人服务茶水和食品。When receiving guests, one should be able to introduce the menu correctly, offer appropriate suggestions to guests, and serve tea and food to them.
工作技能技巧要求:Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- 工作时能够做到认真负责,有良好的服务意识和沟通能力、具备一定的英文沟通能力。Be conscientious and responsible at work, have a good sense of service and communication skills, and possess certain English communication abilities.
- 了解食品以及饮料业务,有一定的食品安全管理知识、餐饮现代管理方面的经验和知识技能。Have a good understanding of the food and beverage business, possess certain knowledge of food safety management, and have experience and skills in modern restaurant management.
- 在餐饮运营方面有1年的相关工作经验、具备良好的运营和行政管理技能。Have 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant operations and possess excellent operational and administrative management skills.
- 对酒店餐厅的运作有较好的了解,掌握餐饮服务基础运营知识和技能。Have a good understanding of the operation of hotel restaurants, and possess basic knowledge and skills in catering services.
