岗位职责/职位描述
Position Summary 职位概述：
确保个人的仪容仪表能够符合酒店的要求。Make sure that one's appearance and grooming conform to the standards set by the hotel.
负责日常的检查，确保机器被清洁、正常工作以及存放是否妥善。Be responsible for the daily inspections to ensure that the machines are clean, functioning properly and stored in a proper manner.
按要求完成PA经理分配的其他工作任务。Complete other tasks assigned by the PA manager as required.
定期检查公共区域，确保清洁、有序并符合酒店标准，确保餐厅出口、多功能厅、大堂、洗手间的卫生。Regularly inspect the public areas to ensure they are clean, orderly and in line with hotel standards. Also, ensure the hygiene of the restaurant exits, multi-function halls, lobbies and restrooms.
必要时能够及时专业地回答客人对于公共区域相关知识的询问和请求。能够和其他部门合作，比如客工程部、前厅部等，以确保问题能够有效解决。When necessary, be able to promptly and professionally answer guests' inquiries and requests regarding knowledge related to public areas. Be able to collaborate with other departments, such as the guest engineering department and the front office department, to ensure that the problems can be effectively resolved.
要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏，以便急修及降低损失。It is necessary to promptly report any damage to the carpets and furniture so that urgent repairs can be carried out and losses can be minimized.
为清扫员分配任务，及时向保卫部报告可疑人物。Assign tasks to the cleaners and promptly report suspicious individuals to the security department.
跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成。Monitor the emergency repair matters and ensure that the repairs have been completed.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
3年的公共区域主管经验。3 years of experience as a supervisor in public areas.
能够知悉安全法规并能正确处理清洁化学品和设备。Be able to understand safety regulations and be capable of handling cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
