Position Summary职位概述
1.协助厨师完成食材的清洗、切配、腌制等基础准备工作,确保食材符合烹饪要求。Assist chefs in basic preparatory tasks such as cleaning, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure they meet cooking requirements.
2.负责厨房区域的日常清洁与整理,保持工作环境整洁卫生。Be responsible for the daily cleaning and organization of the kitchen area, maintaining a tidy and hygienic work environment.
3.学习并掌握基础的烹饪技巧,在厨师指导下参与简单菜品的制作。Learn and master basic cooking techniques, and participate in the preparation of simple dishes under the guidance of chefs.
4.协助管理厨房设备与工具,确保其正常使用与维护。Assist in managing kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
5.遵守食品安全与卫生标准,严格执行厨房操作规范。Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, and strictly comply with kitchen operating procedures.
6.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

- 对餐饮行业有浓厚兴趣,愿意从基础岗位学习并长期发展。Possess a strong interest in the food and beverage industry, willing to learn from entry-level positions and pursue long-term development.
- 具备良好的团队合作意识,能适应快节奏的厨房工作环境。Have a good sense of teamwork and be able to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen work environment.
- 身体健康,无传染性疾病,能适应站立工作及体力劳动。In good health with no communicable diseases, capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
- 工作认真负责,吃苦耐劳,服从管理安排。Work diligently, responsibly, and conscientiously, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow management instructions.
- 有相关餐饮或后厨经验者优先,无经验者可提供培训。Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry or kitchen operations is preferred; training can be provided for those without experience.
