Position Summary职位概述1. 负责宴会厅的日常运营管理，确保宴会、会议及各类活动的顺利进行，达到酒店服务标准。
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the banquet hall, ensuring the smooth running of banquets, meetings and various events in compliance with hotel service standards.2. 协调与厨房、宴会销售、工程等部门沟通，统筹宴会场地布置、设备调试及物料准备。
Coordinate communication with the kitchen, banquet sales, engineering and other departments, and overall arrange banquet venue layout, equipment commissioning and material preparation.3. 监督并指导宴会服务团队(包括领班、服务员)的日常工作，确保服务流程规范、高效。
Supervise and guide the daily work of the banquet service team (including captains and waiters) to ensure standardized and efficient service procedures.4. 处理宾客在宴会过程中的需求、投诉及突发状况，提升客户满意度。
Address guests’ needs, complaints and emergencies during banquets to improve customer satisfaction.5. 执行宴会前后期检查，包括环境卫生、餐具摆放、设施设备状态，保障活动品质。
Conduct pre-event and post-event inspections covering environmental hygiene, tableware placement and equipment status to guarantee event quality.6. 协助制定宴会服务培训计划，定期组织员工技能培训及考核，提升团队专业能力。
Assist in formulating banquet service training plans, organize regular staff skill training and assessments to improve the professional competence of the team.7. 控制宴会运营成本，合理安排人力及物资使用，减少浪费。
Control banquet operating costs, rationally arrange manpower and material resources, and reduce waste.8. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:1. 学历不限，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先考虑。
No academic degree requirement; majors in Hotel Management, Tourism Management and other related fields are preferred.2. 熟悉宴会服务流程及餐饮卫生安全规范。
Familiar with banquet service procedures and catering hygiene and safety specifications.3. 具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通表达能力和团队管理意识。
Possess good organizational and coordination skills, communication and expression abilities, as well as team management awareness.4. 能够承受较强的工作压力，适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
Able to work under high pressure and adapt to shift work and holiday working arrangements.
