1. 财务统筹衔接：衔接业主方与万豪管理团队，传递财务管控要求，对接万豪财务标准，制定合规的财务制度与计划并落地。
2. 预算与核算管理：牵头编制年度预算并审核，跟踪执行情况；监督财务核算，审核财务报表，按时向各方报送资料。
3. 成本与资金管控：监控酒店核心成本及费用，制定降本方案；统筹资金管理，保障资金安全；规范资产管理，防范流失。
4. 风险防控与合规：建立财务风险预警机制，开展内控审计；对接税务、审计等部门，确保财务活动合法合规。
5. 协同管理：联动酒店各部门及业主方，提供财务支持。
任职资格要求
（一）基本要求
1. 30-45岁，本科及以上学历，财务相关专业，持CPA、中级会计师等证书者优先。
2. 5年+五星级酒店财务经验，2年+同岗管理经验，有万豪等国际酒店集团经历者优先。
3. 熟悉财经法规、国企财务政策，精通万豪财务体系及酒店财务特点。
4. 具备优秀的财务分析、预算管理、成本管控及风险防控能力。
5. 沟通协调与团队管理能力强，能高效衔接业主方与酒店管理团队。
6. 品行端正、廉洁自律，有国企责任担当，无财务违纪记录。
7. 熟练使用SAP等财务软件及Office，具备基础英文读写能力优先。

合规意识：严守国企财务要求，防范廉政风险。
问题解决：快速解决复杂财务问题及跨部门协调难题。
