职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
- 协助安全经理做好酒店的消防工作，及酒店员工的消防知识培训。
Assist the safety manager in doing a good job in the hotel's fire safety work and provide fire safety knowledge training for hotel staff.
负责监督和指导当班保安员的工作，确保酒店的既定工作程序和巡视工作的正确执行。
A Security Supervisor is responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers and Guards during a shift. He / she should ensure that positions, procedures, patrols and their frequencies are established and adhered to.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
对酒店的消防安全及消防设施设备正常运行负有巡监检督的责任，发现问题及时向安全经理汇报。
Responsible for the entire fire system equipment operations of hotel. Report to the Safety & Security Manager/Assistant Safety & Security Manager promptly upon receiving questionable queries.
根据酒店岗位特点负责对酒店全体员工进行消防安全知识培训以及消防器材的使用和操作讲解。
Organize training activities for Fire prevention evacuation knowledge and Fire equipment standard operation for all hotel team members according to their various positions.
根据要求与工程经理合作制定酒店消防设施设备的保养计划，维护设备正常运作，并根据该标准制定安保部对酒店消防设施，设备的检查标准。
Work with the Engineering Department to standardize the hotel fire system and equipment operations. Prepare the inspection standard for the hotel fire system and equipment.
负责监督安全部消防监控中心员工对酒店消防器材和设备的保养以及检查运行状态，并作好检查保养记录工作，做到定时，定位，定点。
Organize the training for fire equipment maintenance, maintenance record and fixed-point operation inspection for fire control centre team members.
定期检查酒店消防安全制度执行情况，并提出整改意见和方案。
Follow up regularly to adjust and upgrade the performance of the fire-prevention regulations.
负责对酒店义务消防队员培训，演练，做到在火警状态下能准确按火警预案操作，并定期在酒店内进行模拟火警紧急疏散方案演练。
Organize trainings and fire drills for volunteer fire team members, enabling them to accurately operate fire emergency plans during fire emergencies as well as organize simulative practices of emergency evacuation plans in the hotel.
根据地方政府规定，建立健全消防安全管理档案，系统收集酒店行业相关火灾案例，定期进行分析研究，识别本酒店消防安全薄弱环节，并及时落实整改。
In compliance with local government regulations, a comprehensive fire safety management shall be established and maintained. Relevant hotel fire incident cases shall be systematically collected and analyzed periodically to identify potential vulnerabilities in the hotel's fire safety system, followed by prompt corrective actions.
负责对消防监控中心人员培训有关安保监控等其它安保设备的标准操作方法。检查标准，保养方法，以及掌握故障发生记录处理程序。
Responsible for training personnel in the fire monitoring center on standard operating procedures for security monitoring and other security equipment. Check standards, maintenance methods, and master the procedures for handling fault records.
根据安保部经理的要求，制定的重点区域控制要求，培训人员上岗操作要求，职责。
According to the requirements of the security department manager, formulate control requirements for key areas, training requirements for personnel on-the-job operations, and responsibilities.
掌握消防应急预案及危急事件发生时自己的职责。
Understand the fire emergency plan and your responsibilities in case of a crisis.
定期参加例行会议，回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见。
Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and update the performance of the Department as a whole.
每天检查当班记录，掌握各班记录的设备，设施及酒店重点机房的消防监控情况。
Check daily on-duty records; being well informed of the recorded information and Hotel major machine room situations controlled by fire control centre. Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则，在未的到批准的情况下严禁酒店财物外带。
Conduct random bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets from being removed without proper authorization.
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。
Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that there are no loiterers in the Hotel premise.
严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心，全面掌握每个员工的工作状况。
Professionally examine Team Members’ work knowledge, discipline and responsibilities.
负责本班次日常工作事务和员工考勤。
Responsible for Team Member’s daily shift work schedule and attendance record.
对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。
Conduct random inspections of the Hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, sufficient clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads.
与值班经理配合解决客人安全相关的投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。
Cooperate with the on-duty manager to resolve guests' complaints. By communicating with guests, establish a friendly, trusting and satisfactory relationship with them.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
保持工作区域的高度清洁和整齐。按照酒店的标准保持个人仪表，在任何时候表现出职业风范。
Ensure a high level of cleanliness & tidiness in your work area. 
以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通，建立起良好的工作关系，增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。
Interact with Team Members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
40 周岁及以下，条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 40 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding  candidates.
学历要求：高中及以上学历。
Educational requirement: High school diploma or above.
具备安保岗位相关一年及以上工作经验。
At least 1 years of experience in the security and fire control field.
掌握国家法律法规、地方性法规及相关安全措施。
Familiar with national and local safety regulations. and regulations as well as local rules and regulations of the city.
掌握酒店治安消防专业知识和礼节礼貌常识。
Knowledgeable of hotel security management and etiquette.
有处理突发案件和事故的能力。
Able to deal with emergency cases and incidents.
能协调好与消防部门和酒店各部门之间的关系。
Able to maintain good relationships with public security organizations as well as with all departments in the hotel.
语言表达能力强，能书写各种业务公文。

能够对员工进行培训。
Capable of training team members.
相关证书：持有中级消防设施操作员资格证书。
