职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
负责设计及制作度假村的宣传印刷品。
Manage the design and artwork production of the resort’s collateral and other graphic design.   
管理度假村的视觉库，为度假村的活动负责拍摄视觉素材并根据品牌标准编辑调整。
Manage photo database, take photos for all resort events and edit photos according to Brand standards.
帮助市场传讯部保证度假村所有的印刷品、广告和设计均符合品牌标准。
Support the MarCom team in maintaining all Brand standards for all resort collaterals, advertising and design work. 
与合作团队（包括餐饮、会议和活动、销售、收益管理/预订等）就宣传品设计及制作进行合作。
Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations, etc) on collaterals design and production.                                                                     
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
根据品牌标准，设计和制作度假村和市场推广的宣传印刷品。
Develop resort and marketing collaterals according to Brand standards for operation and promotions. 
所有的设计都必须有一个时间进度表，以便有足够的时间进行校对并由高级管理人员批准。
Provide all Project visual requirements within required timeline to ensure sufficient time for proof readings and approval by senior managers.
为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing team for all collateral, advertisement and design work.
与市场传讯经理合作，确保所有的创意和设计是符合品牌标准。
Work with Marketing Communications Manager to ensure the creative and design meets Brand standards.
负责度假村所有的照片视频拍摄和编辑工作。
Responsible for all resort image shooting and photo editing.     
管理度假村图像数据库包括官方度假村照片和活动照片等，用于度假村推广。
Manage resort image database with official resort photos and event photos to be used in resort promotion.
在设计工作上学习并持续更新创意趋势及相关信息。
Learn and be updated on the latest creative trends for design work.       
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
35 周岁及以下，条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 35 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding  candidates.
大专及以上学历。
Bachelors/College degree in graphic design or related field.
具备市场传讯相关岗位工作经验1 年及以上。
At least 1 years of relevant work experience
具备英语沟通及书写能力，熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
