职责概述

GENERAL MISSION

- 完成各自负责销售区域的客房及宴会销售目标。在销售总监的监督下,履行度假村赋予的职责。通过保持与其负责区域客户的联系来进一步提高度假村的知名度。定期维护和更新销售记录。监督下级员工按时完成当日所有工作。

Responsible in achieving room and catering sales target objectives of his/her assigned area and business segments. To perform duties within the framework defined by the resort as supervised by DOS. Represents and promotes the resort by maintain constant contact with customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically regularly. Supervise subordinates to ensure all daily task are completed in a timely fashion.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

- 指导每一位下属的工作,分派任务并检查完成的情况。

Provide supervision of job functions assigned to staff members and check the effectiveness to each staff when completed.

- 管理负责的客户名录并保证不断更新。

Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.

- 保持现有客户并发展新的客户。

Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.

- 同客户保持良好的商业关系。

Maintain good business relationship with all producers.

- 完成每周的宴请和销售活动计划。

Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

- 对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、上门拜访、邮件等开展销售活动。

Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.

- 确认所有的预定单(包括宴会与会议)准确无误传达,以便销售与宴会运营之间的有效沟通。

Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.

- 保证对所有的邮件和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立令人愉快的工作关系。

Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.

- 协助新员工的培训工作。

Assist in conduct training to new colleagues.

- 清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。

To know clearly the resort objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan

- 代表度假村参与国内外各项销售活动。

Represents the resort and participate in domestic and international sales activities

- 对指定客户进行日常销售拜访,通过有效的客户管理为度假村寻找客房和餐饮业务。

To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the resort for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.

- 快捷高效地处理业务。

Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently

- 履行管理客户关系的职责,通过完成详细计划的客户拜访实现销售目标。

Fulfils Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview.

- 积极宣传度假村产品,提高产品在市场和业务区域内的知名度。

Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.

- 在拜访客户时,经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧。

To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.

- 确保在客人入住度假村之前或入住期间,所有与客人确认的客房、宴会或餐饮服务都得到执行。

To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the resort.

- 提供售后服务,确保所有投诉都得到认真的对待,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通并解决投诉。

To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.

- 以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈。

Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.

- 按政策在规定时间内迅速回复客人要求。

To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy & procedure.

- 保持与潜在客户的联系沟通,以期望将来使其成为度假村真正的客户。

Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the resort.

- 向客人提供度假村最新最准确的信息。

Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.

- 与度假村各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系。

Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.

- 根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。

Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.

- 确保所有客户信息的实时更新,包括:公司信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。

To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).

- 向市场销售总监提交每周和每月报告。

To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to DOSM.

- 向销售部领导就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议。

Recommends to the Sales leaders on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets.

- 参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售团队进行沟通,及时更新。

Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Sales team on the activities of each accounts and market trends.

- 遵守度假村及集团的政策和程序。

Abides by both the resort and policies and procedures.

- 对个人表现进行时时分析,评估和改进。

Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.

- 完成上级交待的其它任务。

Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.

职位要求

JOB SPECIFICATION

- 具备市场销售相关岗位工作经验3年及以上。

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

- 35 周岁及以下,条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。

Under 35 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.

- 大专及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业优先。

Education Requirements: College degree or above; majors such as Marketing are preferred.

- 熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力。

Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills

- 具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。

Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.

- 能独立并长时间的工作。

Ability to work independently and long hours.

- 可按工作需要出差。

Willing to travel.

- 具有优先考虑问题的能力,跟进和组织能力,注重细节。

Ability to prioritize, follow up and be well organized with good attention to details.
