GENERAL MISSION
高效、优质、彬彬有礼、热情周到地帮助客人,接听客人电话、登记客人入住、分配房间、帮助客人结账离店以及满足客人其它合理的要求,随时提供高标准的优质服务。
Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Ambassador (Reception) related matters. Maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times. Providing five star deluxe service when answering telephones, registering guests, assigning rooms, checking out guests and assisting in different requests.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
熟悉度假村客房位置、房型、房费、折扣、度假村设施、营业时间以及特殊促销等。
Develop a thorough knowledge of room locations、room types、rates、discounts、resort facilities and their hours of operation, special promotions etc.
了解每一班抵店客人信息,包括贵宾、会员、常客、团体客人抵店相关信息,并提前检查房间状态和功能。
Go through relevant information about arrivals during shift,VIP、member、regular guests、groups, including Room situation and functions.
高效地、彬彬有礼地接听所有电话。
Answer all telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
面带微笑、以欢迎目光迎接到店客人,并使用客人姓名称呼客人。
Greet arriving guests with a smile and eye contact using the guest’s name.
认真地、准确地获取客人付款细节以及其它登记信息,认真按PSB相关要求上传。
Responsible for obtaining proper payment details and other registration information from the guest including the performance of all PSB requirements.
根据预订及客人要求分配房间。
Assign adequate room as per reservation and request from guest.
根据公安局要求扫描客人有效证件,准备好房卡套,并写上房间号码,解释电梯和房卡使用方法。
Documentation of valid guest identification according to the Public Security Bureau requirement. Prepare key holder, with room number. Explain guest of using elevator and room key, and wish a pleasant stay.
把客人详细资料输入PSB系统,并注明客人的特殊需求。
Enter the guest-details in the guest profile in the computer, with any special requests when applicable.
按房间号码把登记卡放入客人资料袋里存档。
Files the registration card under the room-number in the guest in-house rack.
根据度假村服务程序为客人办理离店手续,确保客人准确付款。熟练掌握现金付款、信用卡、支票、外币兑换和转帐等有关程序。
Handle check-out according to resort procedure, to ensure correct payment. Know and understand the importance of correct procedures regarding cash payment, credit cards, cheque, foreign currency and billing.
促销度假村的产品与服务。
Promote the resort product and service to guests.
询问客人是否入住愉快,记录客人意见和反馈并向上级汇报。
Inquire if guest had a pleasant stay. Note down any comments and feedback for Management’s information.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
具备前厅相关岗位工作经验1 年及以上。
At least one year working experience in related position.
35周岁及以下,条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 35 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
形象气质佳。
Good image and temperament.
掌握前台工作知识并且十分熟悉前台日常运行。
Good knowledge and very familiar with daily operation of reception.
具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
具备良好的沟通技巧。
Good communication skill.
