职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
处理所有办公、行政和部门协调事宜。负责客房部联系中心的工作，负责办公室日常的文档、 报表、钥匙等相关工作。
To execute all office, administrative and secretarial duties . This position is concerned with the  responsibilities for the communication center of Housekeeping Department and assisting to  execute all office, administrative and secretarial duties.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
维护并更新计划日程公告板的信息内容。
Maintains and updates information recorded on planning and schedule board. 
准备工资所需的报表及每月排班表。
Prepares payroll reports and monthly rosters.
与各部门保持沟通。 
Keep communication with all departments.
信息传达及时、准确无误。
Timely and accurate information transmission.
失物招领的存放。
Storage of lost and found items.
及时向行政管家或其代理人汇报客人的投诉情况。
Report guest complaints to the Executive Housekeeper or his agent in time.
与楼层主管、服务员保持沟通联系。
Keep in touch with floor supervisor and waiter.
管理和保管好办公室物品及迷你吧酒水，做好收发记录。
Manage and keep office items and mini bar drinks, and make receiving and sending records.
做好客房部钥匙、房卡收发管理。
Manage the receiving and sending of keys and room cards of the housekeeping department.
做好客房部仓库管理工作。
Manage the housekeeping department in warehouse management.
保持与其他部门良好的工作关系。
Cultivate good working relationships with other departments.
确保工作区域在任何时间内的干净和整洁。
Keep working areas neat and tidy at all times.
成为掌握客房服务员和客房部其它业务领域工作技能的复合型人才。
Become a compound talent who master the working skills of room attendants and other   business fields of the room department.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor. 
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
具备客房相关岗位工作经验1 年及以上。
Have one year or more working experience in the same position.
30周岁及以下，条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 30 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding  candidates.
大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
身体健康，能够适应长时间的工作。
Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
具备良好的沟通技巧。
Good communication skill.
