GENERAL MISSION
负责餐厅的日常运作,督促员工保持度假村的服务标准。
Oversee the daily operations of international dining and room service, ensuring staff maintain the resort's service standards.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
协助餐厅经理制定工作内容并贯彻执行。
Develop and enforce inspection protocols based on the international restaurant's operational realities.
熟悉紧急救护和火警等紧急情况处理程序。
Master procedures for property safety, emergency response, and fire alarm management.
确保所有员工都能遵循正确的工作程序并及时有效完成工作。
Ensure all staff adhere to proper workflows for timely and effective task completion.
根据餐厅营业时间段安排餐厅领班及员工的工作。
Schedule deputy managers and supervisors according to the restaurant's operating hours.
协助餐厅经理召开部门员工会议,分析本月的经营、管理、服务等情况。
Organize staff meetings to review monthly performance in operations ,management, and service.
协助餐厅经理保证各岗位运转协调顺利。
Define staffing plans for departmental positions to ensure operational coordination.
完成上级布置的其他任务。
And complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
大专及以上学历,酒店管理专业优先。
College degree or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具备餐饮相关岗位工作经验1年及以上。
At least 1 years working experience in the same position.
具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
有一定的协调控制能力和推销能力。
Possesses strong coordination, sales.
熟悉国际餐厅全面运作经营,具备出色的沟通协调以及组织营运能力。
Proficient in the comprehensive operations of international restaurants, with
exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守,具有强烈的责任心以及事业心。
Exhibits a strong sense of professionalism and ethical conduct, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
