负责全部的宴会场地管理,并确保圆满完成宴会服务。
Responsible for managing all banquet venues and ensuring flawless service delivery.
密切配合宴会经理开展工作。
Work closely with the banquet manager to deliver exceptional results.
及时高效解决宾客关于宴会问题。
Maintain guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns.
检查宴会厅所有仓库和会议室,确保其干净整齐。
Keep all banquet department warehouses and banquet hall rooms clean and tidy.
按照度假村的规章制度,确保宴会厅所有器具不被随意使用,
Ensure all equipment is used strictly in accordance with resort regulations.
检查宴会厅中所有的摆设,确保符合宴会单的需求。
Verify that all decorations in the banquet hall meet the requirements specified in
the banquet order.
给予员工培训来提高服务质量。
Establish a training system and provide staff with ongoing training to enhance
service quality.
完成上级交代的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
大专及以上学历,酒店管理专业优先。
College degree or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具备宴会相关岗位工作经验1年及以上。
At least 1 years working experience in the same position.
掌握餐厅服务的标准和要求,了解宴会服务程序,善于处理各类客人的实际问题。
Master the standards and requirements of restaurant service, understand banquet service procedures, and be adept at addressing practical issues from various guests.
需要有较强的宴会统筹能力。
Demonstrate strong banquet coordination capabilities.
具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
具有事业心和责任感,高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律修养。
Exhibit a strong sense of mission and responsibility, uphold noble professional ethics, and maintain excellent discipline.
