工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
按照标准与流程做好迎宾服务工作。
The receptionist at the international restaurant must follow established protocols to provide efficient hospitality services.
提前5—10分钟到达岗位,检查自己的仪容仪表是否规范,是否精神状态饱满。
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check personal appearance and ensure peak energy.
做好迎宾台的一切准备工作:物品按要求摆放整齐,工作区域内干净,无脏物、无积灰。
Complete all preparations at the reception desk: organize items neatly, maintain a clean workspace free of dirt and dust.
根据预订情况及时填写《国际餐厅预订每日登记表》。
Promptly fill out the "Daily International Restaurant Reservation Form" based on guest
bookings.
提前清楚了解当日用餐的预订客人的桌号,并牢记客人的姓氏。
Memorize the table of scheduled guests and their surnames.
宾客进来时,立即上前迎接,面带微笑,亲切地向宾客问候。
Upon arrival, greet guests warmly with a smile and inquire about reservations.
确认宾客是否有预订。
Please confirm whether the guest has a reservation.
如果宾客没有预订过餐位,应立即根据宾客人数的多少、宾客喜好、年龄、身份选择餐位,不要让宾客久等。
For first-time guests,select seats based on their preferences, age, and social status to avoid delays.
如果宾客有预定,应查阅《国际餐厅预定每日登记表》,将宾客引领到事先安排的包厢或餐桌。
For confirmed reservations, guide guests to their assigned tables using the form.
如宾客不吸烟,请宾客到非吸烟区就座。
Direct guests to non-smoking areas if applicable.
合理安排座位,尽量做到让宾客满意。
Arrange seating thoughtfully to ensure guest satisfaction.
迎宾员将就餐人数、主人的姓氏或职务等相关信息告知服务员,以便服务员能够称呼。
Provide staff with guest information including number of diners, host's surname or title
for proper addressing.
衔接紧密,无疏漏。
Ensure seamless coordination without any oversights.
完成上级交代的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
中专及以上学历,酒店管理专业优先。
Diploma or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具备餐饮相关岗位工作经验1年及以上。
At least 1 years working experience in the same position.
具备英语沟通能力。
Proficient in English communication.
对待工作认真踏实,工作态度端正,能吃苦耐劳。
Diligent and conscientious in work, with a proper work attitude and strong
Endurance.
身体健康,仪表端正,处事灵活,眼明手快。
Physically healthy, well-groomed, flexible in handling tasks, quick-witted and decisive.
掌握必需的食品、酒水知识,有一定的西餐服务技能。
Possesses essential knowledge of food and beverages, with certain skills in
Western catering services.
了解西餐服务程序,善于实际操作。
Understands the procedures of Western catering services and excels in
practical operations.
热爱本职工作,有较强的责任感,能与他人进行协作。
Passionate about one's profession, with a strong sense of responsibility and
the ability to collaborate with others.
