RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
负责特色餐厅所有的营运工作以及负责制订所有的服务标准、程序以及员工的培训材料。
Oversees all operational aspects of the specialty restaurant, including the development of service standards, procedures, and staff training materials.
确保所有的员工都能向客人提供优质的服务。
Ensures all employees deliver premium service to both regular and VIP guests.
严格遵循度假村的服务标准,完成每日财务报告,制定下月工作计划。
Strictly adheres to resort service standards, monitors daily financial reports, and
formulates the next month's work plan.
熟悉紧急救护和火警等处理程序。
Proficient in property security, emergency response, and fire alarm procedures.
监督餐厅员工的工作。
Supervises and coordinates restaurant management tasks, completing additional assignments from superiors.
制订部门销售计划,带领部门完成部门工作和营销计划。
Develop departmental sales plans and lead the team to achieve both operational and marketing objectives.
能够进行对客交流,积极推销餐厅产品及服务,协助销售部做好餐厅活动的推广。
Engages with guests to actively promote restaurant products and services,assisting the sales team in promotional campaigns.
协助财务部和人力资源部,按照管理制度规范员工工作流程。
Collaborates with the finance and HR departments to manage staff operations and administrative systems.
完成上级交代的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
大专及以上学历,酒店管理专业优先。
College degree or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具备餐饮相关岗位工作经验3年及以上。
At least 3 years working experience in the same position.
具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
熟悉特色餐厅全面运作经营,具备出色的沟通协调以及组织营运能力。
Proficient in the comprehensive operations of specialty restaurants, with
exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
身体健康,持相关等级证书。
Physically fit and holding relevant certifications.
具有系统的领导、策划、组织、协调能力。
Possesses systematic leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
具有敏锐的商业触觉,善于制定特色餐厅整体经营策略和营销方案。
Demonstrates sharp business acumen, excelling in formulating holistic
operational strategies and marketing plans for specialty restaurants.
