GENERAL MISSION
协助人力资源总监及集团培训,通过不同的平台进行调查、实施、创造、改善和沟通地中海俱 乐部员工发展战略。通过重点发展本地人才,建立坚实的酒店服务平台,提高地中海俱乐部的 宾客服务体验。落实地中海俱乐部的价值观、管理原则、高端服务行为和企业家精神。负责酒 店筹备与酒店开业的运营以其他相关工作。
Assist Director of Human Resources and Consulting Trainer
Manager (Functional Manager) market, implement, create, improve and
communicate Club Med’s employee-development strategy across different platforms. Improve guest hospitality
experience at Club Med, through focus and priority on developing local
talents to establish a solid hospitality platform in each resort. Exemplary Ambassador aligned to Club Med’s Values,
Management Principles, Upscale Service behaviors &

Responsible
for developing, coordinating and implementing various Learning &
Development training
initiatives aligned to training content & tools.作为BU和度假村运营咨询顾问,支持和促进所有GO和GE的发展计划。
Support
and facilitate all GO-GE development initiatives as consultant to resort
operations at the
BU & resort levels.分析、开发和改进培训模块和工具。
Analyzes,
develops, and improves training modules and tools.评估绩效问题,研究并提出行动或替代方案,优化工具和程序。
Assesses
performance issues - researches and proposes actions and/or alternatives. Optimizes
tools & procedures.培训各部门经理。
Coach
Managers.个人及共同推动培训项目。
Personally
facilitates and co-facilitates training programs.评估培训解决方案的影响。
Evaluates
impact of training solutions.记录并汇报培训结果。
Documents
and reports training results.自觉完成既定目标。
Works
with minimal supervision to complete established goals and objectives.担任度假村培训项目的主要联系人。
Serves
as primary contact for Consulting Resort Trainer for training programs.处理并讨论学员和经理对于培训计划和需求的调查。
Handles
and discusses inquiries from trainees & managers about training programs

Deploys
all aspects of high-potential development programs for local GE employees制定/协助度假村员工的年度培训计划。
Creates/coordinates

Plans,
organizes, presents, and facilitates training programs for all resort

Creates, manages,
participates in and develops a wide variety of learning environments and activities

Coaches
& supports managers on performance & hospitality challenges.审查,评估,修改和改进现有和计划实施的培训项目。
Reviews,

Prepares
training aids such as instructional material, handouts, learner workbooks,
leader guides,

Prepares
training sessions: schedules sessions & locations, coordinates logistics,
contacts trainees

Assures
accurate documentation of training records & trainee attendance in Workday
and other
UDT reporting channels.确保培训和培训相关要求的合规性。
Assures
local compliance with training & training-related requirements.与其他人力资源和UDT成员合作共同完成团队目标。
Participates
collaboratively and professionally with other HR & UDT members to achieve
team goals.确保各级职责进行有效双向沟通。
Assures
effective two-way communication at all levels of responsibility.根据需要参加人力资源和UDT会议。
Participates

Continually

JOB SPECIFICATION
35 周岁及以下,条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽
Under 35
years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for
outstanding candidates.大专及以上学历,教育、人力资源管理或人力资源开发等相关专业优先,英语流利,特别优秀 者可适当放宽。
College degree or above; majors such as
education, human resource management or human resource development are preferred; fluent English is required; the
requirement may be appropriately relaxed
for particularly outstanding candidates.具备企业培训或酒店培训相关岗位工作经验。
Possess relevant work experience in
corporate training or hotel training positions.具备酒店团队管理经验
Hospitality Team Management experience.
持有培训相关专业证书,如企业培训师(二级及以上)、人力资源管理师(二级及以上)、 TTT(国际职业培训师)认证等优先
Possessing relevant training professional
certificates, such as Enterprise Trainer (Level 2 or above), Human
Resources Manager (Level 2 or above), TTT (International Professional Trainer) certification, etc. is preferred.能够在 “顾问模式” 下独立自觉完成工作
Ability to work autonomously in “consultant mode” with minimal
supervision.能够根据个人发展预见并实施培训重点
Ability to anticipate and initiate key
training priorities aligned to individual development.
