责概述
GENERAL MISSION
管理公区员工的工作。确保所有公共区域，室内和室外、花园、餐厅、宴会厅、洗手间、办公 室和后区等区域清洁，没有污迹。
Supervises work activities of Public Area Attendants. Ensure all public areas, inside and    outside  including all  gardens  and  indoor  plants, restaurants, ballrooms, bathrooms, offices  and back-of-the-house areas are maintained in spotless condition.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
确保个人仪表、仪容符合度假村要求。
Ensure personal appearance and hygiene is in accordance with resort policy.
将所有工作合理分配给服务员。
Distributes all work assignments to Public Area Attendants.
确保所有设备保持良好状态。
Ensure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition.
按工作需求安排员工上班。
Schedules staff as required.
处理所有清洁方面紧急事件。
Handles any and all cleaning emergencies.
与客房部、工程部和其他部门合作以确保所有问题都能得到沟通和处理。
Liaisons with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure any and all  problems are communicated.
管控清洁物资领用与消耗，做好成本控制与库存盘点。
Control the issuance and consumption of cleaning supplies, and conduct inventory checks for  cost management.
组织班组培训，提升员工技能与服务礼仪。
Organize team training to improve staff's cleaning skills and service etiquette.
每日与上级会面交流。
Meet and communicate with superiors or managers every day.
保证工作区域干净整洁。
Keeps working area clean and tidy.
与其他部门合作完成所有必要的工作以确保度假村的有效运作。
Co-ordinates with other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient and   effective operation of the resort.
跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成。
Follow up the urgent repair to ensure that the repair has been completed.
及时向安保部报告可疑人物。
Reports any suspicious person to Security Department immediately.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
具备客房相关岗位工作经验1 年及以上。
Have one year or more working experience in the same position.
45周岁及以下，条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 45 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding  candidates.
中专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
身体健康，能够适应长时间的工作。
Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
良好的组织以及解决问题的能力。
Organized and problem solving personality.
