职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
负责宴会厅日常运转，并使日常工作有条不紊地进行，从而提高宴会厅服务质量及内部管理。
The daily work of the banquet hall is systematized and the daily work is carried out in an orderly way, so as to improve the internal management of the banquet hall.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
需要及时掌握并了解各宴会/会议厅的预定情况。
The banquet hall manager must proactively monitor and understand the booking
status of all banquet/meeting halls. 
根据各类宴会/会议的不同时间段做好工作安排。
They arrange staff schedules according to the specific time slots of different events.
在营业时间内必须在岗位进行走动式管理，检查并全面负责宴会/会议前后的各项管理工作。
During business hours, the manager must conduct on-site supervision, overseeing all preparatory and post-event management tasks. 
在宴会进行中需要及时与宴会厨房的负责人积极沟通。
Active communication with the banquet kitchen supervisor is required during events. 
控制所有物品的消耗情况，做好成本控制。
The manager controls material consumption and implements cost control measures. 
定期盘存宴会厅所有的固定资产、布草、餐具等资产的保管。
They maintain inventory records for all fixed assets, linens, tableware, and other
assets in the hall. 
按照计划落实好对员工的培训，定期对员工进行考核评估。
Employee training programs are executed as planned, with regular performance
evaluations conducted.
完成上级交代的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor. 
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
大专及以上学历，酒店管理专业优先。
College degree or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具备宴会相关岗位工作经验3年及以上。
At least 3 years working experience in the same position.
具备英语沟通及书写能力，熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
掌握餐厅服务的标准和要求，了解宴会服务程序，善于处理各类客人的实际问题。Master the standards and requirements of restaurant service, understand banquet service procedures, and be adept at addressing practical issues of various guests; 
具有很强的语言表达能力，善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工。
Possess strong verbal communication skills, and excel in employee evaluation, 
training, and motivating subordinates.
需要有较强的宴会统筹能力。
Strong banquet coordination skills are required. 
具有事业心和责任感，高尚的职业道德，良好的纪律修养。
A strong sense of mission and responsibility, noble professional ethics, and
good discipline are essential.
具有餐饮管理、市场营销学等方面的知识。
Knowledge in catering management and marketing is also necessary.
