【岗位职责】
1、参与酒店先期筹备的财务方面的建设，建立或完善酒店财务管理制度、会计核算系统，组织编制财务报表，督导日常会计核算和酒店的经济核算，确保财务工作符合国家财经法规以及公司财务管理制度要求。
2、负责本部门的团队搭建，确定各级主管人员的岗位职责，分配工作任务，组织财会人员的培训和考核，及时、准确地提供会计报表。
3、做好酒店筹备期及经营期的各项财政预算，包括经营计划、资本支出、现金收支等计划。
4、负责建立与完善成本控制体系，实现资源的优化配置，落实成本控制。
5、定期分析财务收支状况，进行经济活动分析，为酒店经营战略的制定提供财务方面的依据。
6、负责组织公司的税务处理等工作，协调处理与银行、税务、工商等政府部门的关系。
7、协调酒店各部门之间有关财务、采购管理工作的关系，保证酒店经济活动和财会工作的顺利运行。
8、定期召开财务人员会议，掌握工作中发生的各种情况，以便及时进行解决，完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
1、具备财务所需的专业知识，包括财务管理、成本控制、预算编制、税收筹划等，熟悉企业内部控制、风险管理等相关法规，具备扎实的会计基础知识。
2、掌握财务报表分析方法，能够有效地为企业决策提供数据支持。
3、担任过三年以上国际品牌酒店财务总监或相应职务，具有酒店开业筹备经验，大专以上学历。
