【Job Responsibilities】
Responsible for the sales of hotel guest rooms, meetings, banquets, and other products, achieving the company's sales targets;
Develop and maintain customer resources, including corporate clients, travel agencies, OTA platforms, etc., to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships;
Regularly visit key clients to understand their needs and provide customized sales solutions;
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate and adjust sales strategies, increasing the hotel's market share;
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure efficient implementation of client needs and enhance customer satisfaction;
Participate in the planning and execution of sales activities, including exhibitions, roadshows, client appreciation events, etc.;
Submit regular sales reports and market analyses to provide decision-making support for management.
【Job Requirements】
Strong sales ability and market development awareness, capable of independently completing sales tasks;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to efficiently manage customer relationships;
Sales experience in the hotel industry is preferred, with familiarity in the Jinan market being an advantage;
Strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, and willing to accept business trips or flexible working hours;
Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively with different departments;
Proficient in using Office software and hotel management systems (such as Opera, etc.).
