【Job Responsibilities】
Manage the daily operations of the hotel's finance department, including budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost control.
Oversee all financial transactions and accounting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
Prepare regular financial reports, providing accurate financial data and operational analysis reports to management.
Optimize financial procedures to improve management efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Coordinate relationships with external institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and audit firms to ensure compliance.
Participate in major business decisions, offering professional financial advice and support.
【Job Requirements】
Solid professional knowledge in finance, familiar with accounting standards and fiscal/tax regulations.
Strong financial analysis and data processing skills, proficient in financial software and office applications.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various departments.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in financial management within the hotel industry is preferred.
