【岗位职责】
1、负责前台接待工作,包括客人入住登记、退房手续办理及问询服务
2、准确处理客房预订、变更及取消等操作
3、管理现金收银及发票开具等财务流程
4、及时响应客人需求,协调各部门解决突发问题
5、维护前台区域整洁及办公设备正常运行
【岗位要求】
1、形象端正,具备良好服务意识
2、普通话流利,基础英语沟通能力优先
3、能适应倒班工作制(含夜班)
4、具备基础电脑操作技能,熟练使用办公软件
5、有酒店前台工作经验者优先
6、热爱服务行业且充满热情
