1、协助制定并落地年度人力资本行动计划,确保关键指标达成。

3、协助人力资源总监与酒店管理层制定并完善相应酒店管理政策,并做好宣传、培训、沟通以及落实。
Assist the DHR and the hotel management in formulating and improving the corresponding hotel management policies, and do a good job in publicity, training, communication and implementation."
4、监督酒店的招聘和挑选程序,为部门总监或经理提供有效招聘方案。
Supervise the hotel's recruitment and selection procedures, and provide effective recruitment plans for department directors or managers."
5、与各招聘渠道及合作院校保持良好沟通进行创新型合作,打造良好的企业雇主品牌形象提升招聘效率。
Maintain good communication with various recruitment channels and cooperative colleges for innovative cooperation, build a good corporate employer brand image and improve recruitment efficiency."
6、与营运部门密切配合,有效规划用工类型并控制人力成本。
Work closely with operating departments to effectively plan employment types to maximize labor productivity and control labor costs."
7、参与外包及临时用工需求审核、外包公司资质评估以及监督部门对日常外包人员的日常管理和培训,以及费用的支付。

10、协助人力资源总监制定酒店员工激励、奖励、绩效考核机制,鼓励员工发挥个人创造力和创新精神,为酒店的运营做出贡献。
Assist the DHR to formulate hotel employee incentive, reward and performance appraisal mechanisms to encourage employees to give full play to their personal creativity and innovative spirit and contribute to the hotel's operations."
11、协助人力资源总监负责确保人力资源部所有员工具备高效工作的技能。
