【岗位职责】
1. 在人力资源经理的管理下工作,执行酒店的薪酬福利政策。
Work under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager and implement salary and welfare policies.
2. 根据酒店政策及程序,制订并维护当前薪金发放的各个环节。
Formulate and maintain all aspects of current salary payment in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
3. 在任何时候都要对薪金保密,并严格执行办公室出入及安全制度。
Maintain the confidentiality of salaries at all times and strictly implement office access and safety systems.
4. 根据要求,准时准确地完成薪金的统计以及结算工作。管理现行的薪金发放准备工作。
Complete the statistics and settlement of salaries accurately and on time as required. Manage the preparation work for current salary payment.
5. 确保加班得到正式批准和认可。
Ensure that overtime is formally approved and recognized.
6. 统计发放薪金的依据,如工作时间、起止日期、换班、休假、病假及事假等。
Calculate the basis for salary payment, such as working hours, start and end dates, shifts, vacations, sick leaves and personal leaves, etc.
7. 回答员工对薪金发放的质疑。
Answer employees' questions about salary payment.
8. 负责员工的请假事宜及纪录。
Be responsible for employees' leave matters and records.
9. 负责员工入职和离职手续。
Handle procedures for employees' entry and departure.
10. 协助人力资源部经理处理员工保险福利等事宜。
Assist the Human Resources Manager in dealing with matters related to employees' insurance and welfare.
11. 核对薪金中自动扣除,如住房津贴、养老保险金和城市公积金等。
Verify automatic deductions in salaries, such as housing allowances, pension insurance contributions and urban provident funds, etc.
12. 管理有关薪金的档案资料,记录每月薪金的发放情况。
Manage files and materials related to salaries, and record the monthly salary payment status.
13. 与外部的数据处理公司保持良好的合作关系。
Maintain good cooperative relations with external data processing companies.
14. 负责员工的个人变动表如转正,升职,离职等记录并归档。监督并保证所有人员信息的更新并输入电脑。
Be responsible for recording and filing employees' personal change forms such as regularization, promotion and resignation. Supervise and ensure that all personnel information is updated and entered into the computer.
15. 根据人力资源部经理的要求,配合竞争对手关于薪金的调查。
Cooperate with salary surveys on competitors as required by the HRM
16. 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
Adhere to hotel safety systems, emergency handling regulations and procedures.
17. 确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
Ensure that employees fully understand and comply with the contents of the employee handbook.
18. 完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by superiors.
【岗位要求】
1. 大学本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 至少1年酒店相关岗位工作经验。
Minimum 1 years of extensive human resources experience.
3. 熟练使用电脑办公软件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
4. 良好的中英文读写能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
