负责意式酒吧产品创作与运营管理，联动现场乐队打造浪漫高端场景，传递酒吧文化与慢生活理念，统筹酒吧业绩、服务、文化及团队全维度管理工作。
Responsible for product creation and operation management of the Italian bar, cooperate with live bands to create a romantic and high-end scene, convey bar culture and slow life philosophy, and oversee all-dimensional management of bar performance, service, culture and team.
【岗位要求】
1.大专及以上学历，3-5 年独立酒吧，现任知名连锁酒吧首席调酒师经验。
Junior college education or above, 3-5 years of experience in independent bars, current experience as Head Bartender in well-known chain bars.
2.精通酒吧运营流程、酒水知识与成本控制方法。
Proficient in bar operation processes, beverage knowledge and cost control methods.
3.具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调及应急处理能力，执行力强。
Excellent team management, communication, coordination and emergency response capabilities, strong execution.
4.形象气质佳，高端服务意识强。
Excellent professional image and temperament, strong high-end service awareness.
【岗位要求】
1.运营统筹：负责酒吧日常运营、服务落地、氛围维护工作，管控库存、成本与损耗，通过数据分析优化运营策略，达成营收目标，契合酒店高端服务标准。
Operation & Coordination: In charge of daily bar operation, service implementation and atmosphere maintenance; control inventory, cost and loss, optimize operation strategies through data analysis, achieve revenue targets, and comply with the hotel's high-end service standards.
2.酒水文化管理：深耕酒吧文化，搭建调酒的酒水体系，定期更新酒单，对接供应商保障供应链稳定。
Beverage Culture Management: Deeply engage in bar culture, establish a cocktail beverage system, update drink menus regularly, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
3. 以运营目标为核心，定期邀请客户开展主题活动，在强化客户连接的同时，助力运营目标落地达成。
Focus on operation objectives, regularly organize themed activities for guests, strengthen customer connection while promoting the achievement of operation goals.
4.基于音乐专业知识，以客户体验为核心，搭建现场乐队表演的管理对接体系，持续提升客户参与度与体验质感。
Based on professional music knowledge and customer experience-oriented, establish a management and coordination system for live band performances, and continuously improve customer participation and experience quality.
5. 团队管理：负责团队招聘、培训、考核工作，开展意式酒水知识与服务礼仪专项培训，打造高端专业的服务团队。
Team Management: Be responsible for team recruitment, training and assessment, provide special training on Italian beverage knowledge and service etiquette, and build a high-end and professional service team.
