Being fully responsible for the highest level standard of the cleanness and hygiene of the hotel, ensure all the foods which provide to guest and staff without microbe, chemical and physical pollution and all the work area up to the lowest standard of local health authorities.
全权负责酒店最 高级别的清洁和卫生标准，确保为客人和员工提供的所有食物均没有任何微生物、化学和物理污染.并且所有工作区域符合地方卫生当局的最 低要求。
1. Establish  food safety culture, and to ensure the food safety standards are executed;
在各个部门的协作下建立良好的食品安全文化，确保食品安全标准得以执行；

3. To ensure the food hygiene standards executed ，Especially food temperature control, personal hygiene, the storage of raw materials and food production process;

4. To supervise insecticidal services;
监督和建议杀虫服务公司的服务；
5. Ensure that all security policies are enforced, formulate and supervise safety inspection, minimize the possibility of accidental injury;
确保所有的安全政策得以执行，制定并监督安全检查，将意外伤害的可能性降到最 低；
6. Assists with the strategic direction for the departments of responsibility and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that shapes the unparalleled standards expected;
善于给予员工正确的指导，以达到酒店或者部门的标准；
7. Ensures all function areas are kept clean and in proper condition to provide a safe working environment for employees;
确保所有厨房区域的清洁卫生，给员工提供一个舒适的工作环境；
8. Provide food safety training, Let the employees understand the danger in the present work;
组织经理和员工进行安全培训，让员工了解工作中存在的危险；
9. Creates an encouraging atmosphere that stimulates and motivates employees to acceptable levels of turnover, absenteeism, and promotions;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位要求
1. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
2. Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency;
食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证；
3. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力；
4. Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field;
具有餐饮服务或相关领域的职业证书；
5. 2 years related experience including at least 1 year in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2年相关经验包括至少1年的管理经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
